VT789 Terms and Conditions – Our Official Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the legal relationship between VT789 ("Platform", "We", "Us") and every individual ("Member", "User", "You") who registers, accesses, or uses the services available on the VT789 platform.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, or using any service on VT789, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we advise you not to use VT789 services.

To use VT789 services in full, you are required to create an account by meeting the following requirements:

• The first withdrawal from a new account may require additional verification for security purposes.
• Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn.

Vt789 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and active members. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Each bonus has rollover (turnover) requirements clearly stated at the time of claiming. These requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• VT789 reserves the right to void bonuses if there is any indication of promotion abuse or manipulation.
• Bonus validity periods begin from the moment the bonus is credited to the account. Expired bonuses cannot be extended.
• One bonus per member per promotion. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a serious violation.

All games available on VT789 use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been audited by an independent certification body. The outcome of every game is determined entirely by a random algorithm that cannot be manipulated.

• Game system decisions are final. VT789 cannot alter the outcome of completed games.
• If a technical issue occurs during a game session, any unresolved bets will be returned to your account balance.
• VT789 reserves the right to void bets or winnings obtained through the exploitation of bugs or technical system errors.
• The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

To maintain platform integrity and protect all members, the following conduct strictly prohibited at vt789:

• Creating more than one account for any purpose, including claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using another person's funds or identity to register or make transactions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using third-party software, bots, or automation tools to play or transact.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward VT789 staff or fellow members.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system for personal gain.

VT789 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Found to have violated one or more of the terms set out in this document.
• Providing false or inaccurate information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspicious activity indicating fraud or money laundering is detected.
• Upon request by competent legal authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant account).

Members whose accounts were closed for security reasons may file an appeal through the support team with relevant supporting evidence. VT789 is committed to handling every appeal fairly and transparently.

Members may close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining active balance will be processed for withdrawal after identity verification is complete.

• Personal data is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
