Every wager you place at VT789 is not just about winning or losing — it is an investment toward a higher VIP level, with exclusive benefits waiting at every tier.
The higher your VIP level, the greater the rewards awaiting you. From Bronze to Diamond — every tier delivers distinct value.
Joining the vt789 VIP program is more than just accumulating points. It's about recognition of your loyalty and vt789's commitment to always deliver more value from every rupiah you invest on this platform.
Receive automatic cashback every Monday based on your total gaming activity from the previous week. The higher your level, the higher the percentage.
VT789 never forgets your special day. A surprise gift awaits on your birthday as our way of showing appreciation.
VIP Gold members and above enjoy a faster withdrawal lane — processed directly without the standard queue.
Platinum and Diamond members have a dedicated account manager on call at any time — from bonus claims to technical platform queries.
XP (Experience Points) is the points currency of the VT789 VIP program. Every gaming activity earns XP that accumulates and determines your current level. The process is automatic — no registration or manual claiming required.
Create your vt789 account and make your first deposit. You're automatically registered at Bronze level and start earning XP from your first bet.
Every IDR 10,000 wagered on any game — Live Casino, Sports Betting, Fish Shooting Games, or Slots — automatically earns XP that is recorded instantly.
Your account dashboard displays your XP progress in real-time. You can monitor how close you are to the next VIP level whenever you want.
Once your XP reaches the threshold for the next level, the upgrade happens automatically and new rewards are instantly active on your account.
The higher your level, the more personalized your experience. Diamond members even gain access to events and tournaments not available to the general public.
VIP level is calculated based on XP accumulated over the last 90 days. Stay active to keep your level stable. Full terms and conditions are available on the Terms & Conditions.

If you're already familiar with the world of online gaming platforms, you know that not all loyalty programs are created equal. Many platforms offer point systems that look attractive on paper, but are difficult to claim, packed with hidden terms, or rewards that don't match the effort. vt789 built its VIP program with a different philosophy: transparent, easy to understand, and truly rewarding.
From the moment you join as a VT789 member, you are automatically enrolled in the Bronze level — no separate registration or special requirements needed. XP begins accumulating from your very first wager, and you can track your progress at any time through the account dashboard on the mobile app or web version.
What makes this system feel fair is the proportional way XP is calculated. Whether you play at the Live Casino, place bets on an Indonesian Liga 1 match, or try your luck at a Sic Bo table — all wagering activity contributes to your XP. No game is treated as second-class in this points system.
One of the most loved features among VT789 VIP members is the consistent weekly cashback. Every Monday morning, the system automatically calculates your total gaming activity from the previous week and credits the cashback directly to your account balance — no claiming required, no support ticket needed, and no confusing rollover conditions.
Cashback percentage increases significantly with each VIP level. At Bronze you earn 1%, but by the time you reach Diamond, that figure jumps to 8%. For consistent players, this weekly cashback can become a meaningful source of extra value.
From Platinum level onwards, you gain access to exclusive VIP tournaments held regularly by VT789. These tournaments are designed specifically for selected members, with prizes far exceeding those of regular events. Formats vary — from weekly wagering volume leaderboards to head-to-head competitions at select Live Casino tables.
VIP tournament privileges aren't just about prize size, but also the exclusive atmosphere created. Fewer participants means much better chances of winning compared to open tournaments. Tournament schedules are announced early to VIP members so you have time to prepare.
For Platinum and Diamond members, the customer service experience at vt789 feels significantly different. You don't just get faster responses — you also get a dedicated account manager who knows your play profile, understands your preferences, and is ready to provide personalized solutions for every need.
Your account manager is available around the clock through a dedicated channel — including weekends and public holidays. Whether it's a transaction issue, a bonus question, or any technical matter, your account manager handles it directly so you never have to wait in the general support queue.
The VT789 VIP Program also features full transparency in its terms and conditions. All details on how XP is calculated, level validity, and reward claim mechanics are available on the Terms & Conditions page. VT789 believes that a well-informed member is a satisfied member.
One more thing worth knowing: VT789 is actively developing and enriching this VIP program. New rewards, additional benefits, and special surprises for loyal members are continuously being introduced. Stay active, level up, and get ready for an increasingly exclusive experience as your journey with VT789 grows.
